Mathematics Coordinator

Permanent 2 point position, commencing Term 1, 2010

We are seeking a suitably qualified person to lead our Maths faculty. The successful applicant will be a proven educator with the ability to inspire and motivate teachers and students to work towards excellence. It is expected that this person will be passionate about Maths education and will possess skills in technology.

The College is a dynamic and technology-rich environment which encourages innovation and creativity. Applicants should have familiarity and confi dence in working with computer technology, and should demonstrate a willingness to support the college’s Catholic ethos.

Teacher of PD/H/PE

Full time permanent position, commencing Term 1, 2010

Experience in teaching 2 Unit PD/H/PE essential and coaching and/or administration of IGSSA sport is desirable, together with an ability to coach teams in a number of sports. This role involves co-curricular involvement out of school hours and Saturday sport.

The successful applicant will encourage students to strive for personal excellence, be able to work in an ICT enriched environment and be an innovative teacher.

Senior Library Assistant

Full time permanent position, commencing Term 1, 2010

A full time permanent position exists for a person who is able to work in a team; use a variety of communication skills and engage with teenage girls in a high level learning setting.

The applicant should demonstrate they have:

experience working in a library

a range of ICT and online database experience

skills in using a library database, management and other support services

It is desirable applicants hold a Diploma in Library Practice or similar qualifi cations.
