Oxford College, int'l coll. in city req. a Director of Studies (DOS) with senior secondary ESL background at Deputy Principal or Coordinator level. One candidate needs to take the roles of both ELICOS DOS and Second HS Principal.

Ess: ELICOS DOS role: Degree & TESOL qual at postgraduate Dip. level plus 5 years teaching exp. in ESL programs.
Secondary Principal role: Qual's & exp. in program development & teaching to meet requirements of NSW B.O.S.
Inst. of teachers accred. no. or DET approval no. req.
