This well established centre in Baulkham Hills has been leading the way in childcare for the last decade. This 39 place centre has experienced staff with low staff turn over rate. The centres aim to provide a secure and stimulating environment in which each child can be a constructor of their own learning, developing their unique interests and personalities at their own individual pace, while fostering ????? ????? esteem and confidence and furthering ????? ????? in all areas of development.

The centre is looking for an ECT with 2 to 3 years experience to lead the pre school room. The candidate will work 38 hours in 4 and a half days, in which 2 days you will be the supervisor, however you will get the authorised supervisor allowance for the whole week.

To be successful for this position the candidate must hold a Bachelor in Early Childcare and able to work well in a team environment. The candidate must be able to uphold the high reputation the centre has developed over the years.
