Our client offers innovative community based services for children and young people in crisis on a national basis. They are experiencing exciting growth and have an ongoing commitment to quality services. A number of opportunities currently exist on both a temporary and permanent basis for experienced Investigations Officers to conduct investigations into all allegations of reportable conduct of child abuse and neglect ensuring ????? ????? conducted in line with legislation and regulatory requirements. Working across NSW and ACT your core responsibilities will include: • Planning of all investigations including the formulation of clear and concise allegations • Gathering ????? ????? conducting investigative interviews with children and young people, staff, foster carers and witnesses • Analysing evidence to make recommendations both in relation to all allegations and regarding systemic issues • Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of legislative and regulatory frameworks and contributing to training to the rest of the organisation This is a challenging and highly sensitive role offering ????? ????? candidates an opportunity to play a key role in ensuring ????? ????? of quality services. To ensure your success you will have extensive experience in the conducting of investigations including conducting investigative interviews with a range of adults and children. Ideally you will have a thorough understanding of legislative and regulatory frameworks in community services or the ability to apply your skills in this content. You will have well developed written and verbal communications skills, the ability to manage competing priorities coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications.
