Visy began manufacturing ????? ????? boxes in Melbourne, Australia, in 1948 and has grown to become one of the world's leading privately owned packaging, paper and recycling companies. With major corrugating facilities across Australia and New Zealand, Visy services some of the largest food, beverage, primary produce and consumer goods manufacturers emphasising quality, service and innovation.
As part of our continued growth, our Erskine Park site is looking for a proven sales professional to join the team in Sydney in an internal sales role. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of customers in addition to seeking opportunities to grow the current customer base. You will need the ability to engage and influence both your customers and internal stakeholders through strong communication and selling ability. Some of your key accountabilities in this role will be:
- Build secondary relationships with allocated accounts
- Attend internal review meetings and communicate service level issues for your accounts
- Ensure adherence to tele call ????? ????? line with Customer Relationship program
- Monthly reporting against KPI’s
- Support reps with day-to-day transactions as and when necessary
- Actively promote other Visy Divisions

You may be tertiary qualified in a marketing or related discipline and have previous experience in a similar role preferably within the packaging industry. This position requires an individual who can build confidence & professional sales credibility with existing and potential customers. You will put your sales knowledge and relationship building skills into practice whilst working with customers to convert their needs into tangible & innovative packaging solutions.
To be successful in this role you will need to display excellent communication, negotiating and time management skills. You will be a results orientated person with a desire to succeed. Experience in the fruit and produce field will be considered desirable however not essential. You will need to display a strong customer focus, a passion and energy for our business, a sense of urgency, respect for others and a strong quality mindset.
