    Our client is an Australian leader in the distribution of corporate IT peripheral merchandise. Specialising in the most technologically advanced hardware products such as digital media memory cards & readers, USB flash drives, hard drives digtal photo frames and memory devices, our client is renowned as the reliable and consistent source of IT peripherals offering ????? ????? at a competitive price. Due to company growth, a very exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic Sales Manager to join the Sydney-based sales team.
     
    Position
     
    As an SM you will be responsible for the growth of the business, driving a team of up to 9 BDM’s towards budget achievement. In your initial period of employment, your primary objective will be to recruit 4 new sales personnel and train & develop them into top company performers. Your position will also encompass personal new business development and key account management of some of Australia’s major national retailers. Full product training along with technical assistance is provided to ensure your every success within this very exclusive role.
     
    Candidate
     
    You will have a proven successful track record of delivering ????? ????? achievement. Direct product experience is not essential however any management of a sales based team of internal business developers / telesales agents, with high achievement will be considered. However experience selling IT peripherals, brown goods and/or IT hardware etc into the retail sector or reseller channel is naturally preferred. You will also be a professional communicator with a desire to achieve. On offer to the successful candidate is an excellent working environment and flexible hours!
