  • Our client, power house Big 4 Bank is seeking two experienced customer service team leaders to fulfill a 6 month contract.

    You will take responsibility of a team of customer service representatives, lead and aspire them to offer first class service to their customers and assist with their own professional development.

    You are required to lead, manage workflow and coach Team Members across a multifunction team. Your team will be responsible for the end to end customer experience across sales, credit submission, deal build, documentation, settlement and upload of Equipment Finance transactions.
