The Wildlife Information Rescue & Education Service invites written applications for the position of Call ????? ?????
The position entails management of WIRES Call ????? ????? employment and rostering ????? ????? centre staff and overseeing staff training. The Call ????? ????? directly supervises WIRES Rescue Van Drivers. The role will include effective communication and co-operation with WIRES Administration, Fundraising and Media staff.
WIRES Call ????? ????? the first point of contact for the public with WIRES and the manager is responsible for ensuring ????? ????? interaction between call ????? ????? and the public is as mutually positive as possible. This is important from both the point of view of service provision and ensuring ????? ????? public support WIRES needs.
The successful applicant will have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work under pressure while directing and supporting staff who also work under pressure. You will need written communication and organisational skills, patience and judgment.
A commitment to the aims, objectives and principles of WIRES is essential. Previous experience in call ????? ????? will be highly regarded though on the job training will be provided.
