You need to be bi-lingual in Portuguese and English and must have previous experience of working within a customer service role. Candidates from a finance background will be at an advantage in this role.

What the role will involve: 

• Responding to emailed questions and queries  
  
• Verifying clients and assisting with technical issues  
  
• Monitoring ????? ????? and investigating and preventing fraud  
  
• Delivering ????? ????? service at all times  
  
• Rostered work including some weekends  
  

  
What you will need to apply for the role: 

• Bi-lingual written and verbal skills in Dutch or Portuguese and English  
  
• Previous experience working within a customer service/hospitality based role  
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  
• Ideally a typing speed of 60wpm (40wpm absolute minimum)  
  
• Strong analytical skills  
  
• Previous experience in Banking and Finance is advantageous.
