Customer Service Officer

  • Toshiba's Information Systems Division (ISD) is Australia and New Zealand's leading supplier of mobile computing solutions. We supply many of the country's major corporate organisations, government agencies, small businesses and home users with leading-edge technology.

    We currently have an exciting opportunity available in ISD for a Customer Service Officer.

    The primary purpose of this role will be to provide excellent 1st level customer service and support to all corporate clients, vendors and end users of Toshiba mobile technology. Primarily this will be achieved through the timely management of all inbound enquiries, with the aim of first call ????? ????? the majority of contacts.

    Key responsibilities;

    • Prompt response to all inbound calls
    • Call ????? ????? tracking to resolution
    • Provide excellent customer service and support
    • Development of Service Centre procedures

    Experience/Skills required;

    • 1-3 years technical support experience. Preferably in a notebook PC environment
    • 2-3 years operating system software experience. Preferably Microsoft operating systems
    • 1-2 years customer service experience managing high call ????? ?????
