ING Australia is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our Customer Care Team. This position is responsible for the end to end management of complaints and complex enquiries for Employer Super, Life Risk, Trust, Pensions and reports to the Customer Service Manager.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- The acknowledgement and finalisation of complaints and complex enquiries within the published service standards
- Assist with quality assurance checks of complaints and complex enquiries
- Review and enhance processes to maximise the efficiency of complaint resolution and customer service
- Identify complaint trends and assist Employer Super to address customer service complaints
To secure this exciting opportunity, you will have at least 2 years experience in a customer service role with a significant understanding of key legislation, regulations and product requirements. The successful Candidate will have the ability to analyse and make recommendation from team reports as well as the ability to operate under pressure, with conflicting priorities.
