Customer Service
We are a leading Toy & Hobby importer & we are seeking a
self-motivated person to handle customer service & telephone
orders for our very busy company.
Duties include: taking of telephone orders, processing of
orders received by mail or telephone, handling customer
enquiries in a courteous & efficient manner as well as
general office duties.
Previous experience in
telephone orders or customer service environment is essential
with knowledge of computers being an advantage.
