We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our Supply Chain division, in our head office at Macquarie Park. You will be responsible for providing outstanding telephone based customer service to our key clients and suppliers and coordinate the data entry of our orders, investigation of credits and reporting.

You are an experienced customer service professional looking to take on a new challenge in your career. You are a positive and energetic self starter with superior communication skills who enjoys building strong and sustainable rapport with your clients and colleagues. You have an outstanding telephone manner; are results focused, have experience in SAP and Excel and have excellent attention to detail. You thrive on a busy role where you can utilise your excellent multi-tasking skills.
