This company is a well established and growing business in the office supplies sector. With their head office based here in Sydney, they have been established for over ten years and supply a high quality and environmentally friendly product range. None of their products are sold directly to end users and they have established a large network of national distributors & resellers to get their products on the streets.

The Vacant Position

A position that has become available due to the business expanding is that of a customer service representative. You will work within the inner west office and have responsibilities that will see you working with both external customers and the majority of the internal team. Although complaints are not a common part of the job you will have to work through issues to do with logistics and incorrect orders, the majority of your time though will be spent facilitating the sales people internally and keeping in touch with customers.  Your hours will be 9am - 5pm.

Experience Required

For your application to proceed to the next step you will need to have a background in customer service. You are an outgoing and personable individual that enjoys working in a close knit team environment and above all are highly reliable.
