We are seeking motivated individuals to join the dynamic team - Credit Card Fraud within one of Australia's largest banking Corporations.
Responsibilities of this role include managing inbound/outbound calls relating to fraudulent credit card transactions working within a 24/7 customer contact centre environment.
The successful candidate will need previous experience working within a call ????? ????? preferably dealing with fraud and have knowledge of banking products. You will need to demonstrate a willingness to learn, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, a high standard of attention to detail, extensive decision making and analytical skills, positive attitude, initiative and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
To be successful you must be able to work on a rotating roster between Monday to Sunday from 8am to 6pm.
