Customer Service Representative

    To be suitable for this role you will need:

    Excellent customer service skills gained from a high volume call ????? ?????
    Ideally experience in the Financial Services sector
    Basic experience working in an IT Helpdesk environment
    Experience using a call ????? ?????
    Strong problem solving skills
    Team player
    Intermediate computing skills - (Windows OS, Internet Exploring, MS Office)
    Sound communication skills
