Documentation Co-Ordinator/Support

    This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your exceptional administration and customer service skills. Working for a highly reputable company, you will be responsible for the administration of documentation, updating the database and liaising with external and internal clients to resolve queries.

    You will be responsible for:  
    • Updating the database with collateral received and queries  
    • Liaising with internal and external clients resolving queries and issues  
    • Ensuring ????? ????? are answered efficiently and that an excellent level of customer service is offered at all times  
      
    You will have 12 months administration experience coupled with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have an excellent customer focus combined with strong communication skills, fantastic listening skills and the ability to build on going relationships with a variety of different people.
