Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work they are looking to recruit the following:-
SITE SUPERVISOR
Ideally you will have at least 5 years experience in a similar role within residential construction, having previously worked in a leadership capacity on either project or custom built homes. You will be involved in planning and coordinating daily workloads, managing direct and sub contracted labour and regular reporting to management on progress and performance.
BUILDING SUPERVISOR / AREA MANAGER
With a successful track record in managing and delivering ????? ????? of residential projects on time and within budget, you will have a thorough understanding of residential construction, excellent communication skills and previous supervisory experience. Builders licence preferred.
