    Challenge:   
    The Junior RDM role combines Interior Design skills (Retail Design skills are an advantage) and Project Management skills with the aim of delivering ????? ????? Retail Design on time and on budget. This multi-faceted role involves regular one-on-one communication and negotiation with designers & Architects, Retailers and Shopfitters. The RDM often works autonomously but also works within a Team-based system of Management which provide support and direction.  
      
    Position:  
    • Strong Design skills (Interior Design)  
    • Excellent Communication skills  
    • Strong, confident character  
    • Excellent Time Management skills  
    • Coordination and Project Management abilities  
    • Ability to manage Shopfitters & Tenants
