This well established Building Contactor with offices up and down the East Coast is currently looking to recruit a Senior Estimator for their Sydney operation.
With a prominent position in the market place for the last 30 years, their services cover Design & Construct, Re-furb & Renovation, Construction and Construction Management.
They have a good reputation for repeat business and employee retention and with a strong pipeline of work on the books; it makes them a definite employer or choice.
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will join an already successful team with exceptional systems and support in place.
You will be a driven and hardworking individual with proven ability of working on hard dollar tenders across a wide range of construction jobs. You will have a good eye for details, thrive in a challenging environment and have a real passion for winning jobs.

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven track record of pricing, costing and winning tenders
Tertiary Qualifications in Building, Construction or Quantity Surveying
Analytical approach with the ability to think outside the box
