This position involves overseeing a major civil project from tender through to completion. Your responsibilities will include mentoring, motivating and leading staff, building strong project teams, developing client relationships and controlling resources to deliver project outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven background in large scale civil and construction projects. You will also have experience in a project management or construction management role for major projects in roads, rail, bulk earthworks or tunneling.
