High Profile Sydney Project
$75 - $100K + Super + Car
Our client is a well respected builder/developer with a good reputation for the work they do within the residential market. Due to their current work load they are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to work on a $30 Million medium density residential job in Sydney.
In this role, you will be reporting to a Commercial Manager. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective administration system for the managing of both the head contract and subcontract agreements. This will include analysing tenders, preparing ????? ????? claims, preparing ????? ?????, preparing ????? ????? packages, attend site and client progress meetings.
Ideally, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and possess at least 3 years industry experience working as a Contracts Administration for a builder or developer, experience working on medium density residential developments and delivering ????? ????? a successful conclusion would be advantageous.
