Their strategy is for planned and organic growth turnover with most projects being repeat business covering ????? ?????-works, Earth-works and Sub-divisions.

A role has been created for an Estimator to join their Newcastle operation responsible for developing comprehensive 'whole of project' cost models in response to requests for tender.

Position requirements:

• An ability to plan, budget for and manage the bid preparation process.
• Project delivery experience in a complex product / integrated services environment.
• You must have strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Tertiary level qualification in an appropriate discipline.
• Demonstrated ability in estimating in a variety of disciplines & various contractual environments.
• Extensive practical experience in development of cost estimates to support tender preparation.
