Sydney based company has an opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join their team.
You will have a construction degree with 2 to 3 years post grad experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator with a second tier head contractor. Fit out or refurbishment experience whilst not essential would be highly regarded as this company specialises in commercial and corporate fit outs.
This role would see you assisting the Project Manager in writing the scope of works, calling, evaluating and letting tenders, processing and payment of progress claims through to completion and hand over of the projects. You will possess excellent communication skills both written and oral as you will be required to attend all client and site meetings and take minutes at these meetings.
