Ashfield Location - 6-9 month contract

$1.5 billion Residential Medium Density Design & Construct project.
Our client is one of Australia’s premier Project Management Consultancies specialising in improving business performance & project outcomes for the creators, developers, deliverers, owners and operators of infrastructure. Reporting to the Project Director, you will interface across multiple Project Managers and a multitude of active contracts to provide the Cost, Time and Contract status reporting for the team.
You are a commercially focussed astute manager who is proactive in servicing your clients’ requirements with Residential Building knowledge in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying or Contract Administration. You are energetic, inquisitive and understanding of what makes up the numbers.
You are experienced in:-
- Administration of Building Contracts
- Managing Programmes for Multiple Constructions and Contractors
- Extracting and analysing the numbers and parameters required for Project Reporting
- Cost Scheduling and Forecasting
- Compilation of internal and Client Project reporting
A working knowledge of Primavera would be well regarded.
An Australian Work Visa and previous Australian Construction experience are required.
