A great opportunity has arisen with one of Australia's most recognised builder / developers for an ambitious Contract Administrator to join their team. They have a long history of completing well-known projects in the commercial, residential, retail & hospitality sectors and are capable of building jobs above $100M.
Their ranks are strong with a nice mix of junior, intermediate and senior people however a vacancy exists for a motivated individual with approx 2-years experience administering ????? ????? $20M and involvement in negotiating tenders up to $100M. You will receive a good level of training and support however you will be encouraged to hit the ground running and eventually managing head contracts. Your skills will ideally include sub-contract negotiation, conducting tender review meetings and client liaison.
This is an opportunity to join a solid team who enjoy working in an upbeat environment. It is an immediate vacancy with a salary up to aprroximately $50k.
