This contractor has over 30 years experience in the local market and specialises in large scale sub divisions, road construction, drainage, excavation, demolition and general civil works up to approximately $20 million.
Based in Sydney you will be responsible to the Construction Manager and be an integral member of the project management team. The role is heavily geared around client negotiations, handling variations, progress claims and contract analysis.
It is required for you to have relevant industry experience at an intermediate level of contract administration, with previous knowledge of civil construction a must.
