You will know our client. They are an established and  well-respected leader in the commercial and residential building and refurbishment industry with multiple projects in the $1M-$30m range. 

Due to an ever increasing volume of work they seek to appoint a number of key personnel to their team both in the Sydney and Regional Projects. 

• Site Manager - Commercial projects - This is a Sydney Metro based opportunity to drive a key commercial projects.  You will need to demonstrate a successful track record of achievement in delivering $5-20M scale projects within the Commercial sector.

• Junior Project Manager - Sydney CBD based opportunity - This is an excellent opportunity for a  switched on Junior  who is keen to manage their own projects. The position is based in their Baulkham Hills Head Office.

• Contracts Administrator - Sydney based - Another excellent management opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator well versed in managing medium density / residential projects.

To be considered for these roles you will have a proven track record in Construction Management dating back a minimum 5 years. Tertiary qualifications in construction management will be highly regarded, however applicants with a solid trade background will also be considered.
