This ambitious property developer has huge opportunity in the current market for expansion and are looking to find Architectural leadership. This role is available as a contract initially, though it is envisaged that after the first 3 months the role will be made permanent.
With a growing domestic and an established international project portfolio this organisation has now shifted its focus towards expansion within the domestic market. Your role will see you working closely with a Development Manager as you take ownership over the development of sites in and around Sydney.
You will be a Senior Architect ideally with strong experience at the front end of the design process. It is also highly advantageous to have experience within other real estate investment and development firms.
