Quality young people in residential care being supported by quality staff, led by a quality coordinator (Pennant Hills - Full time permanent)
This is an opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of vulnerable young people and their families. The full time Coordinator will lead a small team in an innovative residential program located at Pennant Hills. The program houses up to six young people between the ages of 13 to 18 on a long-term basis.
Applicants will require:
- experience in out of home care and the supervision of staff
- degree in social work or other relevant qualifications
- clear understanding of the issues affecting young people in OOHC and their families and the ability to lead and motivate staff
