    Impact Care Solutions Ltd and its parent company, Impact Youth Services, has been operating as a Out of Home Care Provider for the last seven years. Impact Care Solutions was created earlier this year, with the aim of being able to provide further services within the community to its current target group of 12 - 17 year olds who are at risk and have high and complex needs.

    The organisation's vision is to build the self esteem of young people, who may have had a history of abuse and neglect, by offering ????? ????? of youth and family support services to the broader community.

    About the Mentoring ????? ?????

    The Mentor program is an eight week program for young offenders or youth at risk. The program creates a structured and trusting relationship that brings young people together with caring ????? ????? offer guidance, support and encouragement.

    About the Opportunity

    Impact Care Solutions Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a number of compassionate casual Mentors / Youth Workers to join their professional team in the company head office, Arndell Park Sydney.

    The Mentor program itself will be run primarily in the Blacktown area.

    Working with children and young people with high and complex needs, these are highly varied positions, requiring ????? ????? can provide both emotional and practical support in wide range of situations.

    Impact Care Solutions Ltd is seeking applicants with experience of working with young people with challenging needs. Your communication skills must be exemplary - you will be able to communicate and negotiate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders in high stress situations.

    You will enjoy a healthy work/life balance you take on a casual role within the 8 Week program.
