For 25 years, the World Society for the Protection of Animals has been promoting the concept of animal welfare in regions of the world where there are few, if any, measures to protect animals. WSPA works with hundreds of member societies worldwide to raise the standard of international animal welfare and has a vision for a world where animal welfare matters and animal cruelty ends.
 
This role is responsible for the coordination of a small, dedicated data entry team with the goal to inspire, engage and motivate WSPA supporters. You will lead your team to refine processes and
procedures to ensure that donations are managed in a timely and effective manner, including processing, receipting, banking and very importantly thanking donors for their support.
 
You have a proven track record in inspiring and leading a database team in a best practice customer or donor care environment. Alternatively you are ready to ‘step-up’ into a leadership role. You have an understanding of databases & fulfilment houses and your advanced keyboard skills will enable you to also contribute to the data processing.
