Reporting to the Senior Service Controller your role will include taking calls from customers/clients and organising relevant repairs as well as processing invoices and data entry. You will need to have an excellent phone manner and customer service skills to be able to establish and maintain outstanding relationships with staff, clients and suppliers alike.

To be eligible for this exciting role you must have

Held your full mechanics licence for a minimum of 5 years

2-3 years service advisor (or similar)

Outstanding communication skills and phone manner

Excellent computer skills

Attention to detail and good Organisational Skills
