SERVICE ADVISER
We are the Sydney based dealer for Western Star, MAN and Fiat light commercials, currently seeking a Service Adviser for our workshop in Chipping Norton.
You will have excellent communication and presentation skills,
a professional attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Some of your responsibilities are:
Being the 1st point of contact for customers in relation to
vehicle service, repairs and warranty.
Booking in of jobs ensuring a steady workflow.
Efficient and accurate quoting of service time and spare parts requirements.
Keeping customers informed of the progress of the service, including new developments.
Up selling of parts and services.
Ensuring that all relevant documentation is completed
accurately.
