Service Operations Manager

• Salary: Circa $110K Package (inclusive of car and bonus)

ExecSupply have been engaged exclusively to source a dedicated Service Operations Manager to work with this global leader in the building services industry. Renowned for their innovation, commitment to modernisation and maintenance, this organisation seeks an individual with a passion for quality to head up their Operations Team with a focus on preventative maintenance and prompt repairs.

As the leader of a multi disciplinary maintenance team, your technical aptitude and planning ability will secure and extend the existing maintenance portfolio, pricing and profitability of the business. You will have a strong customer service and results orientation and demonstrate a mixture of operations, people management and sales expertise. You must be familiar with budgeting and cost management and be highly compliance and process driven. You will be required to have:

* Electrical, Mechanical or Construction training and qualifications
* Previous experience of managing maintenance contractors
* The capacity to work varied hours to meet customer needs
* Experience preparing budgets and forecasts
* Project management skills in delivering a range of services
* A good understanding of purchasing and logistics
