We are an International Recruitment Firm who are seeking an experienced Team Administrator to support our consultants and management in the technologies field. This role is newly created due to our growth and the suitable applicant will be comfortable with evolving this role.
This position will suit someone who is energetic, organised and skilled at prioritizing. You will have previous experience in Administrative or Support, a strong customer service focus and be comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic environment.
You will also be responsible for:
General administration duties including filing, organising meetings, answering ????? ?????, photocopying and delivering ????? ?????.
Maintenance of the Recruitment Database System
Assisting with all company documentation and Tenders
Contractor Care and Customer Service
resourcing and assisting in the Recruitment Process
stationary requirements
Liaison with Head Office in Sydney
maintaining the computer systems and office environment
Assisting team members with spreadsheets, reports
To be successful in this position you will have:
Outgoing personality and quick learner (essential)
Minimum 2 years working in an Admin capacity
A high level of computer proficiency, especially in, Microsoft excel and word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
Ability to adapt.
Ability to work autonomously and within in a small team.
