The Organisation
This business is part of a prominent, national organisation who specialise in mail management solutions using state of the art mailing technology. This in turn facilitates a very strong solution oriented approach based on unique or specific customer needs. They do everything from laser printing, self mailers, plastic wrapping, inserts, folding and graphic design all on site and can cope with large volume orders without having to outsource. As a Client Service Rep you will align yourself with the sales team and actually manage the processing of jobs from quote stage through to invoice, including maintaining contact with the customer to advise on progress. The Role
You are essentially responsible for producing the 'solution' after the sales person has won the business, so youre accountabilty in this important role rests with the back end delivery of the job to the customer. Starting with creating a job bag, you will coordinate all activity through to invoicing the customer and this will include liaising with production personnel where you will need to break down complex tasks into simple steps to ensure accuracy and quality. You will also be the communication link with the customer during ????? ????? of the job - keeping both the sales person and the client informed as to whats happening.
The Person
The successful candidate will probably come from a customer service background and ideally have an understanding of direct mail and⁄or mail management . Your attention to detail must be very strong, and your organisation and time management skills must also be a key strength. Energetic and with a bubbly personality - your style and approach will set you apart from your peers and be a factor in being offered the job !
