Looking to use your dedicated receptionist skills? This is your chance to work for a boutique, exclusive marketing agency. Currently located in Mosman, my client will be moving to Milsons Point in December. You will be working in a unique environment and will be literally in the 'hub' off the company as you take charge of their reception desk. Reporting to the Director you will be involved in so many different activities that this is really a role with variety and fun all in one!

Typically your duties will see you meet & greet clients, coordinate mail, couriers, meeting rooms, inter-office communication, events, luncheons, and tackle ad hoc projects. Your skills with Word and Excel will be appreciated in the busy role as will your bubbly, proactive personality.

This role will ideally suit those who are a career receptionist or looking to develop your receptionist skills. You will a mature and confident approach together with outstanding communication skills coupled with a flexible style where nothing is too much trouble.
