The position is based within the Sydney CBD at the companies head office. All aspects of your day will be diverse with responsibilities ranging from administration to customer service. Duties will include: -Sorting and distributing post -Filing, faxing and photocopying -Management of petty cash -Handling and fielding telephone calls -Email management -Reception cover -Database maintenance -Data input -Daily liaison with IT helpdesk regarding office hardware and software issues -Meeting and greeting clients -Management of confidential correspondence If you possess a great eye for detail, have strong communication skills and most importantly have an energetic and enthusiastic approach to work, please send your resume to ???@???.???.
