Situated on a campus of 700 pupils located in Collaroy on the idyllic northern beaches of Sydney, Pittwater House provides a unique learning environment for children from Preschool to Year 12.

Academic Leaders at Pittwater House have responsibility for a whole-of-school approach to leading the K–12 teaching team in the delivery of teaching and learning across the Junior, Middle and Senior Schools. Academic leaders have key responsibilities in the formulation of effective professional development programs and for mentoring ????? ????? within their areas of responsibility in the creation of innovative challenged-based learning programs.

The School has two new opportunities for experienced educators to join the academic leadership team at Pittwater House in 2010 as heads of the following faculties:

• Humanities (HSIE & PDHPE) – K–12

• Maths & Science – K–12 - ' Successful applicants will be required to articulate a vision for maximising the opportunities for innovation in teaching practice and for integrating technology in the delivery of learning. A willingness to contribute your expertise across disciplines is essential. Each of the positions has a K–12 responsibility.
