A successful, modern IT consultancy based in Sydney's Lower North Shore is looking for a polished and presentable Executive Assistant to support a busy and demanding Managing Director.

This secure opportunity in a sales IT environment will suit an organised, proactive and upbeat candidate who will have comprehensive experience supporting at executive level, immaculate presentation and the drive to succeed.

Daily duties will include but not be limited to:
• High level executive diary management
• Schedule all internal and external meetings
• Screen, prioritise and respond where applicable to incoming correspondence and emails
• Answer all incoming calls on behalf of the MD, escalating where appropriate
• Establish and build strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Manage reception and administration staff
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
• Prepare and manage expense report submissions
• Coordinate weekly management meetings
• Assist the Marketing Manager with the organisation of events
• Assist the HR Manager with administrative functions
• Assist the sales team with meetings and database maintenance
• Manage company email distribution lists

You will have a sense of style and presence and be confident at dealing with senior clients. Essentially your drive to network, learn and grow with the organisation will contribute to the notoriety of the business.
