Personal Assistant An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Personal Assistant to join this high profile Accountancy firm within their Assurance team, with the primary focus of providing high level support to two Partners. You will be a client service-oriented individual who is admired for your ability to adapt to different management styles. You will relish the challenge of a busy role and will have strong Microsoft Office skills to produce high quality documentation, reports and presentations. Key position responsibilities include: • Extensive diary management, meetings, events and travel arrangements • Compiling and processing correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations using MS office programs • Fielding client phone calls and emails • Ensuring ????? ????? expenses are processed • Handling confidential documents in a discrete way • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients To be successful in this role you will have: • Demonstrated PA experience in a similar role preferred • Experience handling confidential information • High level interpersonal and communication skills • Well developed PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel • Strong organisational and time management skills • A polished and professional attitude with a dedication to exceptional customer service Please apply online to find out more
