Project Coordinator/ Junior PM - contract role/ Lidcombe based / immediate start

 

3 month contract with potential to extend!

to $40per hour including super

This well known brand is a leading marketer/distributor of beverages in the Australasian and international markets. They are seeking a Project Coordinator for an initial 3 month contract to start asap. This is a rewarding role, in a highly successful and sociable company who really know how to look after their staff. Your duties will involve:

• Project Financials
• Project Status reporting
• Resource for the project
• Managing the project Plan using MS Project
• Create and update the Project Management Plan
• Invoices that are assigned to your project to be processed in a timely manner
• Identify scope issues and communicate to Business Lead and Programme Management team as required
• Hold Project & Steering ????? ?????
• Oversee the completion of relevant documentation and ensure that documents are held within the appropriate repository.
• Initiate any change requests and ensure that the team follows correct change control processes.
• Manage issues/Risk log

You must have previous experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), exposure to MS Project and excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail. This is an initial contract of 3 months, but with the strong potential to be extended as they embark on some new projects.
