TMHA was established in July 2003 to distribute and sell industrial equipment manufactured by Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO) and TICO's subsidiary companies. TICO is a Japanese multi-national manufacturer and is a global leader in materials handling.

TMH(QLD) is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Booking Clerk.Reporting to the Service Administration Supervisor the position will be responsible for coordinating service and maintenance on retail, rental and internal equipment in accordance with the requirements of the Australian Standards and in line with Company Policies and Procedures.

Key responsibilities include: -

Booking all service work for retail and rental equipment;

• Obtaining purchase orders and approvals;
• Handling customer enquiries;
• Arranging vendor bookings;
• Maintaining computer records;
• Coordinating and completing relevant paperwork;
• Keeping up to date with current Australian Standards;
• Providing general office administration support and field service control support.

A successful candidate will have:

• Previous administration experience
• Intermediate PC skills (Microsoft Office)
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• An eye for detail
• Proven problem solving skills
