Office Junior - Wealth Management
The Banking and Financial Services Group (BFS) is the primary relationship manager for Macquarie’s retail client base with operations in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America and Europe.
Macquarie Wealth Management provides comprehensive financial planning advice to high-net-worth clients and is undergoing significant growth as it expands its services and ventures into new markets.
Reporting to the National Office Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide high level diary and phone call management to senior executives
- Coordinate travel for the executive team
- Process staff reimbursements, expenses and invoices
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, room bookings
- Coordinate new starters and team IT requirements
- Manage records and registers
- Coordinate fortnightly tech sessions
- Maintain stationary orders and kitchen supplies
- Collate monthly reports
- Coordinate offsite functions as required
- Act as key point of contact for all Wealth Management enquiries
You will have:
- Superior Microsoft application skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- High level of customer focus and the ability to build strong relationships with professional contacts
- Ability to multitask
- Confident prioritising and escalating urgent enquiries
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Friendly and dedicated team player
- A logical and flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
