Administration Assistant
Due to an internal promotion, a vacancy exists for an Administration Assistant in the Defence Service Assistance Centre. The Centre is the unit of the RSL that supports Veterans, Serving Members of the Defence Force their Widows
and dependants.
ESSENTIAL:
A minimum of two years experience in an office administration/reception role;
Typing speed and accuracy of 90/30;
Good expertise with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel;
knowledge of database entry;
Collation and shipment of training materials;
Sound organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
Knowledge and understanding of the RSL's objectives and
functions;
Knowledge and understanding of the principles and
practices of Occupational Health and Safety.

with the aspirations of serving and ex-service personnel.
