Commencing salary package $55 - $60,000 pa
Established since 1991 and a leader in its field, the company is seeking a motivated, clear thinking person to take on and develop the role of Administrator & Financial Controller. The position could ideally suit a person with minimum TAFE qualifications in bookkeeping, experience in payroll and human resources management, and who is looking to become involved in all aspects of managing this growing business.
FUNCTIONS:
Bookkeeping to TB, accounts payable / receivable, BAS and GST reporting.
End of month / year GL and payroll reconciliations.
Payroll processing, superannuation, payroll tax and PAYGW.
Management of disbursement tracking software.
Data entry management.
General company administration.
Correspondence and records management.
SKILLS:
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Professional and friendly personality.
Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Innovative and analytical approach to assist management decision making.
