An international healthcare company currently require a star to join their customer service team. The role expects someone to be able to effectively deal with internal and external customers, processing sales, inventory orders, receiving and handling customer complaints, maintaining accurate consignment records.
This busy environment requires someone with a good attention for detail and able to remain focussed whilst working systematically to resolve issues. You will enjoy reviewing and updating processes to create smoother work functions and be able to work independently within a team environment. Previous customer service within a sales environment would be beneficial as would experience within the healthcare sector.
Previous experience with SAP will be highly regarded.
