ABOUT THE ROLE:
Receive queries from Members & public & providing them with polite, accurate & prompt information; database management; Council/Executive support; customer service; administration; office duties; manage membership applications & database; mail outs; project management; organise Board & AGM meetings including taking minutes; correspondence; liaison with Council; reception; mail; ordering ????? ?????; maintaining office, meeting rooms & kitchen; any ad hoc & clerical duties.
ABOUT YOU:
You have at least twelve (12) years working experience; intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook; excellent English writing skills & verbal communication proficiency; ability to work to deadlines; experienced in either secretarial or administrative duties with meeting preparation know how & minute taking; a strong attention to detail; team spirit; confident manner; diplomacy; sense of humour!
