Team Assistant - Macquarie Direct
The Banking and Financial Services Group (BFS) is the primary relationship manager for Macquarie’s retail client base with operations in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America and Europe. BFS provides a diverse range of retail banking and wealth management products and services to intermediaries, businesses and the end consumer.
The Direct Sales Team is an inbound/outbound phone based sales team that deals with many of the products Macquarie has to offer. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and organised Team Assistant to join the team as we continue to substantially grow the business.

Reporting to the Sales Channel Coordinator, your role will include a broad range of administrative duties including, but not limited to;
- Providing support to multiple sales teams and their managers
- Compiling and generating reports
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Liaising with internal departments: marketing, IT, HR, etc
- General administration: processing invoices and managing stock levels
- Ad hoc administration: diary management and event coordination
You will be responsible for multiple and varying priorities across both the Sales and Management teams so your ability to multi task, negotiate deadlines and deliver on team requests will be the key to your success.

Ideally, you will have:
- Proven PA or Team Assistant experience, preferably within financial services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resilience and a positive attitude
- Sound data and information analysis skills
